
Get the party started with this crowd-pleasing fiesta of a dip. Buen Provecho!
Ingredients:
- 1 brick (250g) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 cup taco sauce
- 1/4 cup pickled jalapeño, finely chopped
- 1 large tomato, chopped
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- 1/4 cup sliced green olives
- 5 slices crispy cooked bacon
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- tortilla chips
Instructions:
- In a food processor, add the cream cheese, sour cream, avocado and lemon juice. Process until smooth.
- Spread evenly onto a large serving platter.
- Add the remaining ingredients, except for the tortilla chips, in the order listed above.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
