Mexican Dip

Get the party started with this crowd-pleasing fiesta of a dip. Buen Provecho!


Ingredients:

  • 1 brick (250g) cream cheese, softened 
  • 1/2 cup sour cream 
  • 1 ripe avocado 
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice 
  • 1/2 cup taco sauce
  • 1/4 cup pickled jalapeño, finely chopped 
  • 1 large tomato, chopped
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives 
  • 1/4 cup sliced green olives 
  • 5 slices crispy cooked bacon 
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese 
  • tortilla chips 

 

Instructions:

  1. In a food processor, add the cream cheese, sour cream, avocado and lemon juice. Process until smooth.
  2. Spread evenly onto a large serving platter.
  3. Add the remaining ingredients, except for the tortilla chips, in the order listed above.
  4. Serve with tortilla chips.
