
Irresistibly rich and moist chocolate brownies you'll fall in love with.
Ingredients:
- 1 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup all purpose flour
- 2/3 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup icing sugar
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons coffee
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup walnut pieces
Instructions:
- Place parchment paper into an 8" x 8" cake pan up and over the sides for easy lifting after baking. Crumple up the paper into a ball and unfold if not cooperating. Spray with nonstick baking spray and set aside.
- In a medium bowl, sift together the flour, cocoa powder and icing sugar. Then add the granulated sugar, chocolate chips and salt. Stir to combine.
- In a large bowl, whisk the eggs. Then add the olive oil, coffee and vanilla. Whisk again to combine.
- Add the dry ingredients plus the walnuts and stir to combine.
- Place the mixture into the prepared pan and smooth it out.
- Bake at 325°F for 45 minutes.
- Let cool in the pan. When cooked, lift out and cut into desired size pieces.
